What We Need:

  • Proven experience in behaviour management within educational, care, or youth justice settings
  • Strong ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Team Teach qualification or similar restraint training highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
  • Empathetic yet firm approach to supporting challenging behaviour
  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
