What We Need:
- Proven experience in behaviour management within educational, care, or youth justice settings
- Strong ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Team Teach qualification or similar restraint training highly desirable
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Empathetic yet firm approach to supporting challenging behaviour
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Eligibility to work in the UK
