Special Educational Needs Support Staff - Full-Time Roles in West London
Start: September 2025 | Term-Time Only | Daily Rate: from £95

Sanza Teaching Agency is seeking candidates for roles supporting students with additional needs in dedicated special schools across West London, including locations in Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, and Ealing.

We are offering a range of long-term teaching assistant roles in both primary and secondary settings, beginning in September 2025 and continuing through the end of the academic year.

The Schools:
You'll be placed in well-organised specialist provisions designed to support children and young people aged 4-18 who present with a variety of additional learning needs. These may include:

  • Autism and related communication differences

  • ADHD and sensory regulation needs

  • Language and communication challenges

  • Moderate to profound learning difficulties

  • Emotional or behavioural needs requiring tailored support

These environments are structured, supportive, and focused on team-based approaches with a strong emphasis on consistency, routine, and individualised care.

Role Overview:

  • Monday to Friday, typicallly 8:30am-3:45pm

  • Full-time, term-time only

  • Long-term posts with potential for permanent offers

  • Starting at £95 per day, depending on experience

  • Roles involve 1:1 and small group interventions, behaviour support, and curriculum access
