Learning Mentor - Bromley - Immediate Start
Full-Time and Long-Term Opportunities Available

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Mentors to work across a range of supportive and inclusive secondary schools in Bromley and surrounding areas in Southeast London. These roles are available for immediate start and offer both long-term placements and flexible daily supply work, depending on your availability and preferences.

As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of academic, emotional, and behavioural needs. You'll be working closely with teaching staff to help pupils engage in their learning, build confidence, and develop positive strategies to overcome barriers to progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting

  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, empathetic approach

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people's development
