We're an established agency working with Wandsworth secondary schools, and Tradewind Recruitment are looking to onboard Learning Mentors for the upcoming academic year, starting September. What You'll Do:
Work one-to-one and in small groups to support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Mentor pupils to improve attendance, engagement, and resilience
Liaise with teachers, SENCOs, and families to coordinate support and track progress
Help students develop strategies for managing challenges inside and outside the classroom
What You'll Bring:
A compassionate, patient, and positive approach
Experience (or strong interest) in mentoring secondary school students from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-schools value collaborative Learning Mentors
Willingness to learn and complete relevant training where needed
How We Support You:
Competitive daily rates: £90-£110, depending on experience
