School Librarian - Secondary Schools - Enfield
📍 Location: Enfield, North London
🕒 Full-Time | Term-Time Only
💰 £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about fostering a love of reading and supporting student learning?Tradewind Recruitment are looking for you! Secondary schools across Enfield are seeking organised and enthusiastic School Librarians to oversee the day-to-day running of busy library spaces.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in libraries, education, or literacy-based environments, who enjoy working with young people in a supportive, academic setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Managing library systems for issuing, returns, and cataloguing
* Supporting students with research and reading selection
* Promoting literacy through displays, book clubs and events
* Maintaining an inviting, well-organised and inclusive space
* Liaising with teaching staff to support curriculum needs

Who You Are:
* Experienced in a library, educational or admin setting
* Strong IT and organisational skills (familiarity with library software a bonus)
* Approachable, professional, and confident working with teens
* A lover of books and advocate for inclusive reading environments
