SEN Support Assistants - Secondary Schools - Hackney
📍 Location: Hackney, East London
🕒 Full-Time | Term-Time Only
💰 £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Do you want to make a difference for students with additional needs? Secondary schools across Hackney are working with Tradewind Recruitment to seek dedicated SEN Support Assistants to help pupils with EHCPs thrive in mainstream classrooms.

You'll work under the guidance of SENCOs and teachers to provide both academic and emotional support, building strong, trusted relationships with students.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting SEN students 1:1 or in small groups
* Adapting classwork and activities to individual needs
* Promoting focus, confidence and independence
* Assisting with behavioural and emotional regulation
