Salary: £95 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8.15am - 4.15pm
Start Date: September 2025

Are you an enthusiastic and confident individual who enjoys supporting children to reach their full potential? SANZA Teaching is delighted to be working with a vibrant two-form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing, seeking a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a real passion for education and thrives in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

The Role:

You will:

  • Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classrooms.

  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs or those requiring additional learning support.

  • Offer behaviour support to pupils who may experience challenges in the classroom, helping them remain focused and engaged in their learning.

  • Assist in creating a positive and structured classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff members to deliver high-quality education.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong classroom presence with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.

  • A calm, positive approach to managing behaviour and building student relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.

  • Excellent levels of spoke and written English

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with additional or behavioural needs, is highly desirable.

  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.
