About the Role:

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Location: Newham, East London

  • Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

  • Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver personalised learning support.

  • Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and academic interventions.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).

  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
