Graduate Learning Mentor - Ealing - Starting September 2025

Starting in September 2025, we are seeking a Graduate Learning Mentor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ealing. This full-time role will run through to the end of the academic year in July 2026 and offers a valuable opportunity for graduates interested in education, youth work, or mental health support.

The successful candidate will work with students across Key Stage 3 and 4, supporting academic progress, building confidence, and helping learners overcome personal or behavioural challenges. You'll work closely with the school's pastoral and SEN teams, and develop hands-on experience in a supportive, inclusive school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group mentoring
  • Supporting students with low confidence or motivation
  • Helping track student progress and maintain records
  • Working with teaching and pastoral staff to create supportive strategies
  • Promoting student wellbeing and engagement

We're looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a strong academic degree (any subject)
  • Is passionate about helping young people succeed
  • Has excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Is reliable, empathetic, and enthusiastic
  • May be considering a career in education, youth work, or psychology
