Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Westminster - Starting September 2025

Starting September 2025, we are recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a vibrant secondary school in Westminster. This full-time role runs through to July 2026 and is perfect for graduates seeking hands-on experience in education and student support.

You will assist students in classrooms across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learning and helping students overcome barriers to engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students in class with learning activities
  • Assisting teachers with differentiated tasks
  • Providing one-to-one support where needed
  • Helping maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
  • Working under the guidance of SEN and pastoral staff
