As an IT Technician, you will be a key member of the school's support team, ensuring that all ICT systems run smoothly and efficiently across classrooms, offices, and shared learning spaces.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software
Managing user accounts, network access, and security protocols
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
Supporting the use of AV equipment and school-wide systems
