Sales Professionals - Transition into a Recruitment Career | Holborn, London
£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE Year 1: £35,000-£42,000

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Use your sales and people skills to recruit teachers and support staff for London schools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement
  • Write compelling candidate profiles and CVs
  • Achieve KPIs and earn commission based on placements
  • Gain market insight into the education sector and become a trusted advisor to your clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or target-driven experience (e.g. B2B sales, estate agency, call centre, hospitality, retail)
  • Confident, motivated, and resilient individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Career-driven professionals looking for long-term development and growth
  • A genuine interest in making an impact through recruitment in the education sector

A degree is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
