SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing - September Start
Long-term, full-time - join a welcoming 3-form entry primary school
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Ealing, graded Good by Ofsted, to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for the academic year from September 2025.
About the school:
Modern building with well-equipped classrooms and shared intervention spaces
Strong focus on inclusion and pastoral support, led by an experienced SENCO
Close links with local community services and external specialists
Collaborative staff team with regular CPD and training
Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with autism and speech & language needs
Running small group interventions targeting literacy, language and social skills
Supporting classroom activities and helping adapt materials
Recording and reporting pupil progress to teachers and parents
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, patient, and proactive approach
Commitment to work full-time for the full academic year
