Primary Teaching Assistant - Falmouth & Surrounding Villages
Full-time or part-time | September 2025 start | £85-£100 per day

We're looking for enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools in Falmouth and the surrounding area. Whether you're experienced in the classroom or just starting out, this is a chance to play a vital role in shaping young learners' education in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

The Role

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, both in class and during small group interventions

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons

  • Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs (SEN) where required

  • Help to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

What You'll Need

  • Experience working with children (school, childcare or youth work settings)

  • A calm, patient and supportive approach

  • A willingness to get stuck in and support the whole class

  • An understanding of safeguarding (training can be provided)

  • A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification would be beneficial, but it's not essential
