Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a welcoming primary school in the Falmouth area, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, community-focused setting with a strong emphasis on inclusion and creative learning.

The Role:
You will be responsible for full classroom teaching responsibilities, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, supporting pupil progress, and working collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and staff body. This role is suited to both experienced teachers and confident ECTs.

You will need to:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge

• Show commitment to inclusive education and high standards of pupil welfare

• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents and carers
