This is an ideal opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference. You will support teachers across various subjects, work with students in class and in small groups, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons.
Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with their learning.
Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost academic progress.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a focused learning space.
Providing support to students with additional needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a degree in any subject (minimum 2:2).
Be passionate about working with young people and making a difference.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
