SEN Teaching Assistant - ASC Support | SEN Provision

Location: Mile End, Tower Hamlets

Contract: September 2025 - July 2026 (Full Academic Year)

Daily Pay: £95 - £113 (PAYE only)

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Mile End, Tower Hamlets, to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs linked to ASC from September 2025 through to July 2026.

About the Role:

  • Full-time SEN TA position for the entire academic year
  • Based within a specialist SEN provision for children aged 5-11
  • Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver structured, personalised support
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help children engage with learning and social development
  • Support emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs in a nurturing environment
  • Be part of a team that celebrates every small milestone and supports long-term progress

Who We're Looking For:

  • A caring, patient and resilient individual who is passionate about supporting children with SEND
  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communicator who works well as part of a team and takes initiative
  • Someone who thrives in a role where routine, structure, and relationship-building are key

Willingness to learn, take direction, and commit to the full academic year
