Tradewind are continuing their successful partnership with SEN schools across Hull & East Riding to find the next generation of teachers for the start of the 2025 /26 academic year.
As a Teaching Assistant / Graduate Teaching Assistant here there are a number of roles you'll be completing within the school over the academic year. Designed to give you a whole school perspective you will benefit from an induction programme, managers and mentors.
On the job training is provided with inductions and available throughout the year to ensure every success in your role. Not only this but by working with Tradewind you'll have free access to every course on the National College after your first day!
No previous experience is required but we are looking for Graduates who can demonstrate approachable, nurturing and patient.
What do we look for in a Teaching Assistant / Graduate Teaching Assistant?
- A genuine interest in childcare and working with children
- A degree in a field relating to childcare,the creative arts or sport
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Willing to go the extra mile to contribute to the progress of the children and school
