SANZA Teaching Agency, proudly recognised as a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For, is working with a warm and inclusive 1-form entry primary school in Westminster to recruit a QTS-qualified SEND Teacher to deliver 1:1 support to a pupil with an EHCP starting this September.

This is a highly rewarding and specialist role, perfect for a qualified teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and is confident in differentiating and personalising the curriculum for a child with complex learning needs.


About the Role:

  • Provide individualised 1:1 teaching to a KS2 pupil with ASD and SEMH needs.

  • Plan, deliver, and assess bespoke learning activities aligned to EHCP targets.

  • Build a consistent and trusting relationship with the pupil to support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement.

  • Liaise daily with the SENCO, class teacher, and external professionals (EPs, SALTs).

  • Use appropriate strategies including visuals, sensory support, and structured routines.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - Primary or SEND trained.

  • Experience supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, or additional needs.

  • A deep understanding of differentiation, EHCPs, and inclusive teaching practices.

  • A calm, consistent, and highly adaptive approach.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with SENCOs, TAs, and families.
