Job Description

Tradewind are looking for Cover Supervisors to work across vibrant and diverse secondary schools in Kensington & Chelsea. You'll be delivering pre-prepared lessons in various subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.

Role Overview:

Supervise classes in the teacher's absence
Ensure lesson objectives are met
Create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere
Record attendance and behaviour as required

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence managing groups of young people
Adaptability across different subjects and age groups
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
