Geography Teacher
Location: Northampton
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Permanent or Long-Term

We're working with a group of ambitious and inclusive secondary schools in Northampton, each looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Geography Teacher for a September 2025 start. What the Role Involves:

  • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (some schools offer KS5 teaching depending on experience)

  • Inspire students to think critically about the world, its people, and the environment

  • Use innovative teaching methods to bring topics like ecosystems, population, and sustainability to life

  • Plan lessons that challenge, support and engage a wide range of learners

  • Play a part in wider school life through trips, geography clubs, and whole-school initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a specialism in Geography or related subject

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and a confident classroom presence

  • A creative and reflective approach to teaching, with a passion for global learning

  • Commitment to inclusion, high standards, and helping all learners succeed

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply - full support and structured induction provided.
