The Role 🎯
As a supply teacher, you will:
Cover Teacher Absences: Step in to deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of education for students.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in line with school policies.
Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to choose your working days, providing you with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Diverse Experience: Gain exposure to various school cultures, teaching methods, and student demographics within the Blackpool area.
Who We Are Looking For ✨
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a valid QTS or be an ECT ready to start your career.
Classroom Experience: Experience teaching in a UK secondary school is preferred, but not essential for ECT's.
Adaptability: The ability to quickly and effectively adapt to new school environments and teaching plans.
Reliability: A professional and dependable approach to work, with excellent time management skills.
Safeguarding: A commitment to safeguarding and child protection, and a willingness to undergo a full DBS check.
