  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk enquiries with efficiency and discretion.

  • Support office functions such as attendance, admissions paperwork, and record keeping.

  • Use school systems (SIMS/Arbor) to maintain accurate pupil data and reports.

  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and school communications.

  • Provide admin support for leadership, teachers, and the safeguarding team.

This Wembley school is large, vibrant, and diverse, serving a wonderful community of children and families. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, creativity, and teamwork. Staff describe it as "a school that feels like a family".

  • Modern facilities and a bright, open reception area where you will be based.

  • A collaborative staff team who support one another and value their admin colleagues.

  • Strong leadership who prioritise staff wellbeing and career development.

  • Excellent transport links (close to Wembley Central and local bus routes).

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a highly organised, personable, and adaptable professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with people of all ages.

  • Previous experience in a school office or busy reception environment desirable.

  • Confident using IT systems (SIMS/Arbor training can be provided).

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Warm, approachable and professional, with strong communication skills.

  • Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
