Learning Support Assistant - Rushden, Northamptonshire - Immediate Start - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)
A friendly primary school in Rushden is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils who require additional help with their learning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting children's development and is eager to make a positive contribution to school life.
About the role - LSA - Rushden, Northamptonshire
Work alongside the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum
Provide targeted support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Encourage participation, confidence, and progress in lessons
Assist with behaviour management and pastoral support
Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
About you - LSA - Rushden, Northamptonshire
Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Patient, adaptable, and able to use initiative
Reliable and committed to supporting children's learning and wellbeing
