Key Responsibilities:
Support students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects and ability levels
Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and close learning gaps
Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and classroom support
Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development
Provide tailored support for students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
Contribute to a calm, respectful and inclusive learning environment
Engage in school life, from CPD to enrichment activities
