Cover Supervisors - Cornwall

The Role:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences

• Delivering pre-planned work set by class teachers

• Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Supporting pupils to stay on task and complete their work

About You:

• Previous classroom or youth-based experience is an advantage, but not essential

• Confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments

• A genuine passion for supporting young people
