About the role:
As a Primary Teacher with Tradewind, you will:

• Take responsibility for teaching a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and foster progress.

• Assess pupil performance and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular opportunities and collaborative planning.

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.
