Job Description

An inclusive SEN school in Barking & Dagenham is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to work with pupils with a range of needs, including ASD and SEMH.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons in core and foundation subjects.

  • Promote independence, resilience, and life skills.

  • Lead a small, supportive class with the help of specialist TAs.

  • Make a real difference to pupils' educational and personal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • QTS/QTLS (applications from FE/SEN specialists also considered).

  • Previous SEN teaching experience desirable.

  • A patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach.
