Are you a passionate and experienced SEN teacher with a wealth of practical knowledge around Autism (ASC/ASD)?

Do you want to share your expertise with schools and staff, helping to shape inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children and young people with complex needs?

We are looking for a Specialist Advisory Teacher to join the team, supporting both primary and secondary schools across Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by guiding and coaching school staff, modelling strategies, and ensuring pupils with ASC receive the very best support.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced SEN Teacher with strong hands-on experience of working with pupils with ASC and complex needs.
• A professional who has taught across a range of age phases.
• Someone with a solutions-focused mindset who can inspire, advise, and support school staff.
• A practitioner well-versed in evidence-based strategies for supporting learners with ASC.

What you'll do:

• Work with a portfolio of mainstream and specialist schools in Redbridge.

• Share best practice and model strategies in classrooms.
• Support schools to develop inclusive practice and improve provision for learners with Autism.
