Key Responsibilities
Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and helping students engage with learning
Providing targeted support to pupils at risk of falling behind
Assisting learners with additional needs and adapting resources where required
Working with students in core subjects such as English, Maths and Science
Helping maintain a positive, respectful and safe classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues in SEN and pastoral support
Candidate Profile
Degree holder in any subject with a genuine interest in education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Patient, empathetic and resilient when working with young people
Organised, adaptable and eager to learn
Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential
