Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and helping students engage with learning

  • Providing targeted support to pupils at risk of falling behind

  • Working with students in core subjects such as English, Maths and Science

  • Helping maintain a positive, respectful and safe classroom environment

  • Collaborating with colleagues in SEN and pastoral support

Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder in any subject with a genuine interest in education

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Patient, empathetic and resilient when working with young people

  • Organised, adaptable and eager to learn

  • Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential
