Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with SEN and pastoral staff
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in any subject with genuine interest in education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient when working with young people
- Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) desirable but not essential
