Inclusion Support Practitioner - Northampton

The Role:

As an Inclusion Support Practitioner, you will:

  • Work closely with pupils with SEN, SEMH, and EAL needs
  • Deliver targeted interventions in and out of the classroom
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, confidence, and resilience
  • Help students overcome barriers to learning and participation

This is a vital role in ensuring that inclusion is not just a policy but a lived experience for every learner in the school.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in SEN, youth work, psychology, or inclusion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and consistency with students
  • Understanding of safeguarding and SEND Code of Practice
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
