The Role:

• Recruit teachers and school support staff for London schools

• Source, screen, and place candidates into roles

• Build lasting relationships with schools, headteachers, and education professionals

• Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles for clients

• Hit achievable targets and earn commission on every placement

• Develop market expertise and become a trusted recruitment partner in education

We're Looking For:

• Consistent work history showing progression and commitment (no jumpy CVs)

• Experience in sales, customer service, education, or hospitality is highly valued

• Graduates are preferred, especially those who worked alongside their studies, but not essential

• Confident communicators who are resilient, ambitious, and driven by results

• Strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for education and people development
