We are looking for consultants who can hit the ground running and bring their education recruitment knowledge to a supportive and high-achieving team.

Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:

  • 12+ months' proven experience in education recruitment (applications from other sectors will not be considered)

  • Strong ability to build and maintain school and candidate relationships

  • Proactive, driven, and professional approach to business development

  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education landscape

  • Ambition to make a genuine difference in education through quality recruitment
