Teaching Assistant - Hounslow
We are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant in Hounslow to join a thriving secondary school. This role offers excellent classroom experience for graduates considering teacher training or individuals passionate about education and supporting SEN learners.
Key Duties:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students, including those with additional needs
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and activities
- Encourage students' confidence and resilience in learning
- Support behaviour management strategies to maintain an inclusive classroom
- Monitor and track pupil progress, feeding back to teaching staff
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree or relevant experience working with young people
