Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Supply (Sheffield Area)

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, rewarding work across Sheffield? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our supply team and provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs in a variety of school settings.

The Role

  • Supporting a pupil on a one-to-one basis, ensuring they can access learning and achieve their potential.

  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities and strategies.

  • Providing both academic and emotional support to help pupils build confidence and independence.

  • Opportunities available in primary, secondary, and specialist provisions across Sheffield.
