We are a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Barking & Dagenham seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across a range of subjects.
Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs.
Support students with additional needs (academic, social, or emotional) to access the curriculum.
Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote independence.
Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive school environment.

Experienced in supporting children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential).
