We are a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the heart of Newham, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with teachers to support students with a range of special educational needs.
Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support inside and outside of the classroom.
Help adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.
Encourage and motivate students to engage with their learning and build confidence.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting young people with SEN (desirable, but not essential).
Is enthusiastic, patient, and resilient.
Can build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff.
Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
