SEN Teacher
Location: Rugby and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-time / Part-time | Short-term & Long-term placements
Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and skilled SEN professionals to work across a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Alternative Provision (AP) schools in Rugby and the surrounding Warwickshire area.
We are currently recruiting for both short-term and long-term opportunities, offering you flexibility and variety, while still being able to build strong relationships and have a meaningful impact. Roles may include teaching pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience working in SEN, AP, or inclusive settings
A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong classroom management skills and a positive outlook
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
