Data Manager | Secondary School | Ruislip, Hillingdon | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Data Manager with strong working knowledge of Bromcom?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-regarded secondary school in Ruislip that is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Data Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, long-term position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As the Data Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the school by:

  • Managing and maintaining the school's Bromcom MIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Overseeing student data, assessment tracking, attendance, reporting, and timetabling.

  • Generating reports and analysing data to support senior leadership in decision-making.

  • Ensuring the school remains compliant with data protection regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Supporting staff with data entry, system usage, and training where necessary.

  • Working closely with the Exams Officer, SLT, and administrative teams to ensure seamless data operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working as a Data Manager (or in a similar role) within a UK school setting.

  • Strong working knowledge of Bromcom is essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Confident using MIS systems, Excel, and other relevant software.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information in line with GDPR and school policies.

  • A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
