About the Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Digital & Product Marketing Manager to lead the way in shaping our online market presence, driving customer engagement, and positioning our products for success. This role bridges product, digital marketing, and customer insights to deliver market-facing strategies that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Own the company’s digital presence, including web strategy, acquisition channels, and digital campaigns, as well as app marketing, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging, working with the Content and Social Media Manager.
- Product & Market Insight: Own persona mapping, market research, and customer insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Positioning & GTM Strategy: Define product narratives, competitive positioning, and market entry approaches that resonate with target audiences.
- Sales Enablement: Support the Senior Marketing Executive with development of tools, collateral, and messaging frameworks to empower the sales team and support customer acquisition.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring our products and online messaging align with evolving needs and the overall customer strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or product management.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, persona development, and market research.
- Expertise in web management, digital advertising, and online campaign optimisation.
- Ability to create compelling product positioning and clear go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across marketing, product, and sales teams.
