Graduate Teaching Assistant

This is a long-term role, starting immediately and running until July 2026, giving you the stability and experience to really build your skills in education.

What you'll be doing day to day:

• Supporting pupils in core subjects such as English, Maths and Science
• Providing 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to boost progress
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
• Assisting with revision clubs, enrichment activities, and exam preparation
• Building strong relationships with students to help them reach their potential

Who we're looking for:

• Recent graduates with a degree in any subject (education, psychology, or related fields are particularly valued)
• Strong communicators who are confident working with teenagers
• Individuals interested in teacher training or a career in education
• Experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching) is desirable, but not essential
