Graduate Teaching Assistants - West London

Location: West London
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Hours: Usually 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £90-95 per day

About the Roles

  • Support class teachers across a range of subjects

  • Work with small groups and individual pupils

  • Assist pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

  • Provide additional support to students with a variety of learning needs, including those requiring tailored support

  • Help deliver targeted interventions

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for graduates who:

  • Have a strong academic background

  • Are passionate about education and working with children

  • Are proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable

  • Communicate well and build positive relationships

  • Have some experience with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) - desirable but not essential
