Teaching Assistant - SEN

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support in the Early Years department of a welcoming Bury primary school.

The role will involve supporting children with speech and language delays and developmental needs, ensuring they are able to take part fully in play-based learning. You'll assist with structured interventions, sensory activities, and small group work under the guidance of the class teacher and SEN team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a nurturing approach and understanding of Early Years development.

• Ideally hold experience or training in speech and language support or Makaton.

• Be enthusiastic about creating an inclusive and stimulating environment.
