What you'll do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and behaviour management
Support students with varying needs, including those with SEND
Help maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:
A recent graduate in any subject
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Experience working with young people is a plus-but not essential
