Science Teacher - Hillingdon, West London

A well-established and high-achieving secondary school in the Hillingdon area is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

The Role:

  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in departmental planning and enrichment

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning in the classroom

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

  • Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

  • Location: Hillingdon, West London

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract: Long-term, full-time (part-time may be considered)

  • Salary: Paid to Outer London MPS/UPS
