💷 Pay: £110-£120 per day
📅 Contract: Long-term, 5 days a week

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant Secondary SEND school in Lambeth on a long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning and development.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality learning support across the curriculum
• Assisting in lesson planning and delivering tailored interventions
• Supporting students with SEND needs to achieve their potential
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supervising and managing groups of students effectively

Ideal candidate:

• HLTA qualification or relevant teaching support experience
• Experience working in a SEND or secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students' learning
