Employer: Tradewind Recruitment (on behalf of a primary school in Kirkby)
Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum (pro rata)
Actual Salary: £22,839 - £24,775 per annum
Hours: 32.5 per week
Contract: Long Term
Location: Halewood, Merseyside
DBS Check: Enhanced

The Role
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary setting in Kirkby. This is a long term role working 32.5 hours per week during term time.
The successful candidate will work as part of a class team, supporting children's learning and wellbeing. You will take on increased responsibility, including overseeing the learning environment and leading various interventions.

- Has experience working in Early Years
- Holds high expectations of children's learning and behaviour
- Can step up to lead the class when required
- Is an excellent communicator and team player
- Has strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Has experience supporting children with SEND
