£28,000-£30,000 + Uncapped Commission | Year 1 OTE £35k-£42k

At Tradewind Recruitment, we're expanding our Hull team and looking for ambitious, confident, and resilient people to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Role Overview

  • Recruiting teachers and support staff into schools across East Yorkshire

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for education roles

  • Building strong relationships with schools and job seekers

  • Writing candidate CVs and profiles for client presentations

  • Meeting achievable sales targets while earning commission

  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to schools
