£28,000-£30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Year 1 OTE: £32k-£38k

What You'll Do

  • Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across Hull & Yorkshire

  • Source, interview, and place candidates into roles

  • Build strong relationships with schools and candidates

  • Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles

  • Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement

  • Become a trusted advisor to the education sector
